Podium Instructions:
We are allocating a total of 15 minutes for each presentation, so please plan on a maximum of 12 minutes for your presentation and the rest for questions. In the past, we have noticed that some speakers have under estimated the
time of their talk. Please practice your talk so as to limit your presentation to be within the requested time. Otherwise, we will not be able to keep the meeting on schedule.
Poster Instructions:
Your poster should be no more than 48 inches (122 cm) wide and 36 inches (91 cm) high. We will provide push pins for attachment to poster boards. All poster should be set up between 11am and 12:20pm on Friday.
